摘  要:石油焦是炼厂炼油后常见副产品之一,提升石油焦的附加值对炼厂整体经济效益的提升至关重要。石油焦作为石墨电极使用时,需要及时关注石油焦的硫含量、颗粒分布、颗粒强度、振实密度和电阻率等关键指标。在生产用作预焙阳极的石油焦时,需要降低原料油中的固体颗粒含量,进而降低石油焦中的微量元素含量,同时关注石油焦的密度、粉末电阻率和石油焦的颗粒强度等指标。为了实现石油焦的高值化利用,研究人员也在积极拓宽石油焦的应用场景,将石油焦进行改性,探索其在锂离子电池和钠离子电池等领域的应用。炼油企业需要积极调整观念,尝试将石油焦作为主要目标产品。针对石墨电极、预焙阳极和负极材料等应用领域,严格控制原料指标,及时调整生产工艺,定制化生产高附加值的石油焦。Petroleum coke is one of common by-products of refineries,increasing the added value of petroleum coke is very important to the overall economic efficiency of the refinery.When petroleum coke is used as a graphite electrode,it is necessary to pay attention to the key indicators such as sulfur content,particle distribution,particle strength,tap density and resistivity of petroleum coke in time.In the production of petroleum coke used as a prebaking anode,it is necessary to reduce the solid particle content in the raw oil,and then reduce the trace element content in the petroleum coke,while paying attention to the density of petroleum coke,powder resistivity and particle strength of petroleum coke.In order to realize the high-value utilization of petroleum coke,researchers are also actively expanding the application scenarios of petroleum coke,modifying petroleum coke,and exploring its application in the fields of lithium-ion batteries and sodium-ion batteries.Oil refining companies need to actively adjust their concepts and try to use petroleum coke as the main target product.For graphite electrodes,prebaking anodes and anode materials,the raw material indicators should be strictly controlled and the production process should be adjusted in time to customize the production of high value-added petroleum coke.
