藏鸡与罗斯308杂交后代生长性能、体尺指标和屠宰性能的研究

摘　　要：试验旨在研究藏鸡与罗斯308的杂交效果。选取1日龄罗斯308和藏鸡的杂交一代雏鸡及当地藏鸡纯繁雏鸡各100只,在相同环境下进行饲养管理。饲养至90日龄后,每组各挑选30只(公、母各半)进行屠宰,通过比较其生长性能、体尺指标和屠宰性能,综合分析藏鸡与罗斯308的杂交效果。结果显示:1~90日龄藏鸡与罗斯308杂交后代平均日增重显著提高,料重比显著降低。60、90日龄杂交后代公鸡胸宽、龙骨长、体斜长、胫长显著高于当地藏公鸡。90日龄杂交后代母鸡屠宰率显著提高。说明罗斯308与藏鸡杂交可以提高藏鸡的生长性能、体尺指标和屠宰性能。This experiment was conducted to study the crossbreeding effect of hybrid Tibetan chick⁃ens and Rose 308.A total of 100 one-day-old cross-generation chicks of Ross 308 and Tibetan chickens and 100 local Tibetan pure chicks were selected and raised in the same environment.30 chicks(male and female half)were selected from each group for slaughter 90 days at of age.By comparing their growth performance,body size index and slaughter performance,the crossbreeding effect between Tibetan chickens and Ross 308 was comprehensively analyzed.The results were as follows:the average daily gain and feed to gain ratio of the first generation between Tibetan chicks and Ross 308 were significantly increased,the breast width,keel length,body skew length and shin length of the hybrid male chickens were significantly higher than that of the local Tibetan chicks,and the slaughter rate of the hy⁃brid offspring was increased.The results indicated that cross breeding Ross 308 with Tibetan chicks could improve the growth performance,body size index and slaughter performance of Tibetan chickens.
