摘 要:为了分析复合型添加剂对高产奶牛产奶性能的影响,试验采用单因素完全随机试验设计,选取胎次为1胎、泌乳量为(34.5±2.5)kg/d、泌乳(75±5)d的100头荷斯坦泌乳奶牛,随机分成对照组和试验组,每组50头,对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组在基础日粮中添加100 g/(头·d)复合型添加剂,试验期60 d。在第1、15、30、45、60天对产奶量、乳成分进行分析。结果表明:与对照组相比,试验组奶牛的产奶量、乳脂率、乳糖率、总固形物含量和蛋白率均显著提高(P<0.05);试验组的牛乳体细胞数明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。说明添加复合型添加剂对高产泌乳牛的泌乳性能有较好的促进作用,有效提高了乳品质,提升了经济效益。In order to analyze the effects of compound additives on the milk production performance of high-yield dairy cows,a single-factor completely randomized experiment design was used in this experi⁃ment.A total of 100 Holstein lactating cows with parity of 1 parity,milk yield of(34.5±2.5)kg/d and lac⁃tation days of(75±5)d were randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group,with 50 cows in each group.In the experimental group,100 g/(head·d)compound additive was added to the basic diet.During the 60 days of the experi⁃ment,the milk yield and milk composition were analyzed at 1st,15th,30th,45th and 60th days.The results showed as follows:it was found that compared with the control group,the milk yield,milk fat percentage,lactose percentage,total sol⁃ids and protein percentage of the experimental group were significantly increased(P<0.05).The milk somatic cell count of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The results indicated that the addition of compound additives had a better effect on the lacta⁃tion performance of high-yield lactating cattle,effectively improved the milk quality,improved the eco⁃nomic benefit.
