摘　　要：试验旨在探究不同蛋白质水平开口料对岗巴羊公羔采食量、体重、健康状况的影响,选用15日龄左右、平均体重(3.90±0.50)kg的哺乳期健康岗巴羊公羔75只,随机分为5个组,分别为试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ组,每组15只羔羊。试验Ⅰ组为对照组,羔羊每天跟随母羊维持传统放牧,试验Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ组分别饲喂粗蛋白含量为15%、17%、19%、21%的羔羊开口饲料,自由采食,试验期45 d。结果表明:各试验组第1周平均日采食量差异均不显著(P>0.05),试验第2~6周,试验Ⅳ、Ⅴ组的平均日采食量显著高于试验Ⅱ、Ⅲ组(P<0.05),且试验Ⅳ组(蛋白质含量为19%)平均日采食量最高。试验Ⅳ、Ⅴ组断奶体重显著高于试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组(P<0.05),试验Ⅳ组断奶体重最高,为9.46 kg,其次为试验Ⅴ组;试验Ⅳ组平均日增重最高,为132.14 g,显著高于其他各组(P<0.05)。试验Ⅴ组腹泻率和死淘率显著高于其他各试验组(P<0.05)。综上,羔羊开口料中蛋白质含量为19%时,岗巴羊公羔的平均日采食量、断奶体重及平均日增重最高;蛋白质水平为21%时会引起羔羊腹泻率增加;本试验条件下,羔羊开口料中蛋白质含量为19%时能够有效提高岗巴羊的生长性能。The aim of the experiment was to inves⁃tigate the effects of different protein levels on feed intake,body weight and health status of male Gangba lambs.A total of seventy-five healthy male Gangba lambs of 15 days with an average body weight of(3.90±0.50)kg were selected and randomly divided into five groups,namely,experiment groupⅠ,groupⅡ,groupⅢ,groupⅣand experiment groupⅤ.Each group consisted of 15 lambs.Experi⁃mental groupⅠwas the control group,and lambs were followed by ewes to maintain traditional grazing every day.Experimental groupsⅡ,Ⅲ,ⅣandⅤwere fed open feed with crude protein content of 15%,17%,19%and 21%,respectively,with free feeding.The experiment lasted for 45 days.The results showed as follows:there were no significant differences in the average daily feed intake of all experimen⁃tal groups at week 1(P>0.05).At week 2 to week 6,the average daily feed intake of test groupsⅣandⅤwas significantly higher than that of test groupsⅡandⅢ(P<0.05),and the average weekly feed in⁃take of test groupⅣ(protein content was 19%)was the highest.The weaning weight of trial groupsⅣandⅤwas significantly higher than that of trial groupsⅠ,ⅡandⅢ(P<0.05),and the weaning weight of trial groupⅣwas the highest(9.46 kg),followed by that of trial groupⅤ.The highest average daily gain was 132.14 g in experiment groupⅣ,it was significantly higher than other groups(P<0.05).The di⁃arrhea rate and death rate of lactation in trial groupⅤwere significantly higher than those in other ex⁃perimental groups(P<0.05).In conclusion,the average daily feed intake,weaning weight and average daily gain of male lambs were the highest when the protein content of lamb opening feed was 19%.When the protein level was 21%,the diarrhea rate of lambs increased.Under the experimental condi⁃tions,the growth performance of Gangba lambs can be effectively improved when the protein content of lamb opening feed is 19%.
