摘 要:目的:探讨经颅直流电刺激对单手肩上投篮准确性的影响。方法:将实验对象随机分为实验组和对照组。实验组进行经颅直流电刺激干预,对照组进行假刺激干预。在实验的前、中、后期进行投篮测试和统计学分析。结果:干预8周后,与对照组相比,实验组定点单手肩上投篮准确性有非常显著的提高(P<0.01);运球急停后接单手肩上投篮、1 min记时单手肩上投篮成绩也存在上升趋势,但没有显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:经颅电刺激干预对受试者定点单手肩上投篮准确性改善效果非常显著,对运球急停后接单手肩上投篮、1min记时单手肩上投篮准确性也有一定的改善作用。Objective:To investigate the effect of transcranial direct current stimulation on the accuracy of one-handed shot.Methods:The subjects were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The experimental group received transcranial direct current stimulation intervention,and the control group received spurious stimulation intervention.The shooting test and statistical analysis were carried out before,during and after the experiment.Results:After 8 weeks of intervention,the accuracy of fixed-point jump shot in experimental group was significantly increased compared with control group(P<0.01).The scores of quick stop jump shot and one-minute jump shot also showed an upward trend,but there was no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:Transcranial electrical stimulation has a significant effect on the accuracy of one-handed spot jump shot in subjects,and also has a certain improvement effect on the accuracy of the quick stop jump shot off the dribble and the one-minute timed jump shot.
