民族传统体育项目与户外素质拓展训练融合发展路径探赜——以公安院校为例

摘　　要：随着教育改革的推进,公安院校在人才培养上越来越注重学生的全面发展,包括身体素质、心理素质和团队协作能力的提升。该文探讨了民族传统体育项目与户外素质拓展训练在公安院校中的融合发展路径。通过分析民族传统体育项目的教育价值和户外素质拓展训练的教育理念,指出了两者在公安教育中的互补性。进一步提出了融合发展的实施路径,包括整合资源与优化配置策略、创新教学方法与手段,并强调了实施策略与持续改进的重要性。该融合教育模式有助于传统文化的传承与发展,以及提升学生的综合素质,期望为公安院校培养高素质人才提供有力支持。With the advancement of education reform,public security colleges and universities are paying more and more attention to the comprehensive development of students in talent cultivation,including the improvement of physical quality,psychological quality,and team collaboration ability.This article explores the integrated development path of traditional ethnic sports and outward bound training in public security colleges and universities.By analyzing the educational value of traditional ethnic sports and the educational philosophy of outward bound training,the complementarity of the two in public security education is pointed out.It further proposes the implementation path of integrated development,including integrating resources and optimizing allocation strategies,innovating teaching methods and means,and emphasizing the importance of implementation strategies and continuous improvement.This integrated education model contributes to the inheritance and development of traditional culture,as well as the improvement of students'comprehensive quality,providing strong support for cultivating high-quality talents in public security colleges and universities.
