摘　　要：壮族作为广西壮族自治区人口最多、分布面积最广的民族,拥有着丰富独特的民族传统文化,妇女在传承民族传统文化中有着不可或缺的地位。经研究发现,在壮民族传统体育文化传承中,妇女参与程度较低,并且处于边缘地位,影响妇女参与的有外部原因和内部原因,外部原因包括对参与体育的认知不足、场地限制等,内部原因包括缺少相关训练知识、害怕受到嘲笑等。针对现状,提出了壮族妇女参与壮民族传统体育文化传承的对策:夯实壮族妇女参与壮民族传统体育文化传承的基础;简化竞技类项目的难度,便于妇女开展健身活动;引导壮族妇女参与壮民族传统体育文化机构的工作;鼓励壮族妇女积极参与传统体育物具的制作;加大投入、完善活动场地满足开展壮族传统体育活动的需要;建立健全传承机制,加强项目传承人的遴选机制。As the most populous and widely distributed ethnic group in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region,the Zhuang nationality has a rich and unique traditional culture.Women play an indispensable role in inheriting traditional ethnic culture.Through research,it is found that in the inheritance of traditional sports culture of the Zhuang nationality,women's participation is relatively low and they are in a marginalized position.There are external and internal reasons that affect women's participation.External reasons include insufficient understanding of participating in sports,limited venues,etc.Internal reasons include lack of relevant training knowledge,fear of ridicule,etc.In response to the current situation,measures have been proposed for the participation of Zhuang women in the inheritance of Zhuang traditional sports culture:consolidating the foundation for Zhuang women'participation in the inheritance of Zhuang traditional sports culture,simplifying the difficulty of competitive projects to facilitate women's fitness activities,guiding Zhuang women to participate in the work of Zhuang traditional sports cultural institutions,encouraging Zhuang women to actively participate in the production of traditional sports equipment,increasing investment,improving activity venues to meet the needs of carrying out Zhuang traditional sports activities,establishing and improving inheritance mechanisms,and strengthening the selection mechanism of project inheritors.
