摘　　要：科学研究是实践活动的基石。系统梳理改革开放以来我国公共体育服务供给研究的主要议题,并对这些研究特点进行全面总结与深刻反思,旨在为未来的研究提供明确的方向与可行的建议,进而推动该领域研究的深入发展。研究结果显示,随着经济制度的转型和政府职能的转变,公共体育服务供给的研究议题可归纳为三大核心问题:如何实现放权增效、如何增加供给,以及如何推进均等化。围绕这三大核心议题,学术界展开了广泛而深入的研究。同时,该文还发现,现有研究议题呈现出显著的阶段性特征,连续性研究有待加强;研究实践导向鲜明,但理论支撑体系尚需进一步完善;此外,当前研究偏重手段性探讨,研究目的性需进一步明确。Scientific research is the cornerstone of practical activities.This paper systematically reviews the main topics of research on the supply of public sports services in China since the reform and opening up,and provides a comprehensive summary and profound reflection on the characteristics of these researches,aiming to provide clear directions and feasible suggestions for future research and futherly promote in-depth development of research in this field.The research results show that with the transformation of the economic system and the change of government functions,the research topics on the supply of public sports services can be summarized into three core issues:How to achieve decentralization and efficiency,how to increase supply,and how to promote equalization.Around these three core issues,the academic community has carried out extensive and in-depth research.At the same time,this research also found that the existing research topics show significant stage characteristics,and continuous research needs to be strengthened;The research practice orientation is clear,but the theoretical support system still needs to be further improved;In addition,current research focuses more on means of discussion,and the purpose of the research needs to be further clarified.
