新时代贵州高校归国留学人员统战工作对策思考

摘　　要：统战工作是凝心聚力的强大法宝,也是推动中国式现代化进程的重要保障。归国留学人员是我国人才队伍的重要组成部分,而高校是归国留学人员的聚集地,归国留学人员已成为高校统战工作新的着力点。贵州处于我国西南地区,亟需大批国内外优秀人才扎根服务贵州。新时代背景下,做好贵州高校归国留学人员统战工作对于贵州高校落实立德树人根本任务,推进高质量发展具有重要的意义。文章从剖析新时代高校归国留学人员的主要特点出发,阐述了贵州高校归国留学人员统战工作的重要意义,列举了贵州高校归国留学人员统战工作的有益经验,并根据贵州高校归国留学人员统战工作面临的挑战提出相应的建议,为推动贵州高校归国留学人员统战工作的提质增效提供思路。United Front work is a powerful tool for unity and cohesion and an important guarantee for promoting China's modernization process.Returned overseas students are an important part of our talent pool,and universities serve as gathering places for them.Returned overseas students have become a new focus of united front work in universities.Located in Southwest China,Guizhou is in urgent need of a large number of outstanding talents from both domestic and overseas to contribute to its development.In the context of the new era,effectively carrying out united front work for returned overseas students in Guizhou's universities is of great significance for fulfilling the fundamental task of cultivating virtue and talents,as well as promoting highquality development.This article starts by analyzing the main characteristics of returned overseas students in universities in the new era,elucidates the significance of united front work for returned overseas students in Guizhou's universities,provides beneficial experiences in united front work for returned overseas students in Guizhou's universities,and proposes corresponding suggestions based on the challenges faced.It aims to provide ideas for enhancing the quality and effectiveness of united front work for returned overseas students in Guizhou's universities.
