摘　　要：在具有发展乡村旅游有利条件的村寨发展乡村旅游是实施乡村振兴战略的有力抓手。岜沙苗寨具备了发展乡村旅游的有利条件。文章对岜沙苗寨村民、企业经营者开展深度调研和访谈,进一步阐述了村寨旅游在振兴乡村中的重要作用,认为研究岜沙苗寨对贵州乡村旅游振兴乡村具有典型的示范及借鉴作用。结合岜沙苗寨在发展乡村旅游过程中存在就业拉动作用有待加强、旅游业态单一、硬软件不够完善等问题,有针对性地提出了多方筹划,以拉动村民创业就业、将资源进一步转化为产品以丰富业态、着力改善软硬件设施的建议,以期对岜沙旅游的可持续发展提供智力支持,进而引导更多的村民通过旅游致富。Developing rural tourism in suitable villages with favorable conditions for developing rural tourism is an effective way to implement the rural revitalization strategy.Basha Miao Village has favorable conditions for developing rural tourism.This paper further elaborates the important role of village tourism in revitalizing the countryside by conducting in-depth investigation and interviews with the villagers and business operators of Basha Miao village.It is believed that the study of Basha Miao village has typical demonstration and reference value for the revitalization of rural tourism in Guizhou.Combining the problems of insufficient employment promotion,less diverse tourism industries,and imperfect hardware and software facilities in the development of rural tourism in Basha Miao Village,this paper puts forward targeted suggestions on multichannel fundraising to stimulate villagers'entrepreneurship and employment,further transforming resources into products to enrich tourism industries,and improving hardware and software facilities to provide intellectual support for the sustainable development of Basha tourism.So as to guide more villagers to become rich through tourism.
