摘 要:空调器挂机产品跌落问题是空调开发环节中的重点和难点问题,挂机产品整机难以一次性通过跌落试验,整改周期长,研发成本高。基于材料试验研究,获取空调包装与塑料材料的真实应力应变曲线,为仿真计算提供准确材料参数。借助计算机CAE仿真工具研究空调器挂机包装跌落数值计算方法,模拟产品在运输过程中的跌落行为,分析不同跌落工况下产品各零部件的冲击变形情况。以某1.5 P挂机产品为例,建立空调跌落数值计算模型,将仿真理论计算与试验结果对标。结果表明:该理论研究方法能准确识别产品包装与结构设计的薄弱点,仿真理论计算与试验测试趋势基本一致,并能指导强度优化,提升整机机械强度可靠性。将计算机仿真技术应用于空调产品研发可以大幅缩短产品开发周期,提升产品质量,增强企业竞争力。The drop damage of air conditioner products is the key and difficult problem in the development of air conditioners.It is difficult for air conditioner products to successfully pass the drop test at one time,the rectification period is long,and the research and development cost is high.Based on material test research,firstly obtains the real stress-strain curve of air conditioner packaging and plastic materials to provide accurate material parameters for simulation calculation,and then studies the numerical calculation method of drop of air conditioner hanger packaging with the help of computer CAE simulation tools,simulates the drop behavior of the product during transportation,and analyzes the impact deformation of various parts of the product under different drop conditions.Taking a 1.5 P product as an example,the numerical calculation model of air conditioning drop was established,and the simulation theoretical calculation was compared with the test results.The results showed that the theoretical research method could accurately identify the weak points of product packaging and structural design,and the simulation theoretical calculation was basically consistent with the test trend,and the strength optimization of the machine strength drop problem was guided to improve the machine strength reliability.The application of computer simulation technology to the research and development of air conditioning products can greatly shorten the product development cycle,improve product quality,and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.
