摘 要:目的:将口腔健康素养的测量工具进行范围综述,为口腔健康素养测量工具的选择和发展提供参考。方法:检索中国知网、万方数据库、维普数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库(SinoMed)、PubMed、Web of Science、Scopus、EMBASE和CINAHL有关口腔健康素养测量工具的文献,检索时限为2022年12月。2名研究者独立筛选文献和数据提取。采用COSMIN偏倚风险评价清单对纳入文献进行偏倚风险评价。结果:纳入44篇文献中共涉及18个口腔健康素养开发工具。测量工具可以分为单词识别工具、阅读理解和计算工具、内容知识工具3种类型。结论:口腔健康素养测量工具较多,但测量属性有待进一步验证,未来研究可结合中国国情开发或验证低偏倚风险、高适用性的口腔健康素养测量工具。Objective:To conduct a scoping review of oral health literacy measurement tools,so as to provide reference for the selection and development of oral health literacy measurement tools.Methods:The literature on oral health literacy measurement tools were retrieved from CNKI,Wanfang,VIP,SinoMed,PubMed,Web of Science,Scopus,EMBASE,and CINAHL until December 2022.Two researchers independently screened the literature and extracted data.The COSMIN bias risk assessment checklist was used to assess the risk of bias in the included literature.Results:A total of 44 articles were included in this study,involving 18 oral health literacy development tools.The measurement tools can be divided into three types:word recognition tools,reading comprehension and calculation tools,and content knowledge tools.Conclusions:There are many measurement tools for oral health literacy,but the measurement attributes need to be further verified.The studies can develop or verify oral health literacy measurement tools with low risk of bias and high applicability based on China's national conditions in the future.
