摘　　要：目的:总结肝切除术后病人早期经口进食的最佳证据,为临床护理实践提供循证依据。方法:计算机检索UpToDate、PubMed、Embase、the Cochrane Library、BMJ Best practice、Web of Science、美国国立实践技术指南库(NGC)、英国国家临床医学研究所指南库(NICE)、中国生物医学文献数据库、医脉通、中国知网、万方数据库和维普数据库等有关肝切除术后病人早期经口进食的所有证据,包括临床指南、证据总结、专家共识、随机对照试验等。检索时限为建库至2023年4月1日。结果:共纳入17篇文献,包括7篇指南、5篇专家共识、3篇证据总结、2篇随机对照试验,从早期经口进食的时机、条件评估、营养需求、进食管理、出院随访、健康宣教6个方面形成25条最佳证据。结论:肝切除术后病人早期经口进食是安全可行的,通过对相关证据的总结,为临床医护人员提供科学、有循证依据的肝切除术后早期经口进食的方案。Objective:To summarize the best evidence for early oral feeding in patients after hepatectomy and provide an evidence-based basis for clinical nursing practice.Methods:All evidence on early oral feeding in patients after liver resection was retrieved from Up To Date,PubMed,Embase,The Cochrane library,BMJ Best Practice,Web of Science,National Institute of Clinical Practice Guidelines(NGC),National Institute of Clinical Medicine Guidelines(NICE),China Biomedical Literature Database,Yimaitong,CNKI,Wanfang,and VIP databases,including clinical guidelines,evidence summaries,expert consensus,randomized controlled trials(RCTs),etc.The search period was from the establishment of the database to April 1,2023.Results:A total of 17 articles were included,including 7 guidelines,5 expert consensus articles,3 evidence summaries,and 2 RCTs.A total of 25 pieces of best evidence formed from 6 aspects:timing of early oral feeding,condition assessment,nutritional needs,feeding management,discharge follow-up,and health education.Conclusions:Early oral feeding after hepatectomy is safe and feasible.By summarizing relevant evidence,a scientific and evidence-based plan for early oral feeding after hepatectomy is provided for clinical medical staff.
