摘  要:北京师范大学文学院致力于发展中文学科拔尖人才培养体系,该体系根植于中国文化,强调德才兼备,并注重理论与实践的结合。学院实施了“1主+3辅”的培养模式,主线包括基础理论教育、专题研究、创新实践和协同科研,旨在构建深度学习的基础理论范式,设计思维提升的专题研究,开展体验式创新实践,并辅以四位一体导师制、丰富的学术交流、项目式跨域考察以及跨学科协同科研。展望未来,学院将以中国文化建设和创新为重点,整合文化传承与思政教育,强调文化理论创新素养,注重个性化人文素养培养,并利用数字化技术,构建持续发展的人才成长路径。The School of Chinese Language and Literature of Beijing Normal University is committed to developing a high-level talent cultivation program for the discipline of Chinese language and literature.Anchored in Chinese culture,this program stresses virtue and academic aptitude equally,and values the combination of theory and practice.The school has implemented“1 core+3 auxiliaries”training mode,in which the core components encompasses basic theories,thematic studies,innovation practice and collaborative research,aiming to nurture a deeper understanding of the basic theoretical paradigms,enhance students’critical and innovative thinking through thematic studies and experiential innovation practices.The three auxiliaries involve the four-in-one tutorial system,diversified academic exchanges,and project-based cross-domain investigation and interdisciplinary collaborative research.Focusing on the development and innovation of Chinese culture,the school will integrate cultural inheritance into ideological and political education,prioritize breeding innovation quality in cultural theory and the personalized humanistic quality,and leverage digital technology to explore a digitalized sustainable path for talent growth.
