摘 要:本文基于能源消耗法,估算了2020—2022年浙江省水运行业CO_(2)排放情况,分析了当前浙江省水运行业碳达峰技术研发与应用现状、存在问题,最后提出水运行业碳达峰技术发展对策建议。结果显示,浙江省近三年水运行业CO_(2)排放量呈逐年增长趋势,但碳达峰技术研发与应用仍处于起步阶段,水运行业碳达峰形势严峻。建议通过研究编制水运行业碳达峰技术清单、构建水运行业碳达峰管理系统等方式助力水运行业碳达峰。In this paper,the CO2 emission of the shipping industry in Zhejiang Province from 2020 to 2022 is estimated using the energy consumption method,and the current status and problems of applying the shipping industry's carbon reduction technologies in Zhejiang Province are analyzed.Finally,we suggested developing carbon reduction technologies in the shipping industry.The results show that CO2 emissions from the shipping industry in Zhejiang Province have increased yearly in the past three years.However,the R&D and application of carbon reduction technologies are still in the initial stage,and it is grim for Zhejiang's shipping industry to reduce carbon.It is recommended to help the shipping industry reach peak carbon by researching and compiling a list of peak carbon technologies and constructing a peak carbon management system for the shipping industry.
