客流逐年下滑背景下常规公交发展瓶颈及对策研究——以西安为例

摘　　要：近年来,全国主要城市常规公交发展都面临客流逐年下滑、经营困难等问题,本文以西安为例,从公交线路设置、公交与轨道一体化、公交专用道布设三方面深入剖析西安常规公交发展存在的主要问题,并结合西安目前已经采取的一些优化措施,对常规公交的发展对策提出三方面建议,即加强常规公交与轨道融合、完善公交专用道体系以及发展多层次多元化公交,以期为相关城市提供经验借鉴。Recent years,the conventional public transportation in major cities across the country has faced the problems of declining passenger volume and operational difficulties.Taking Xi'an as an example,this paper analyzes the main problems in the development of conventional public transportation in Xi'an from three aspects,bus route setting,integration of bus and subway,and bus lanes setting.Based on the optimization measures that Xi'an has already taken,the paper puts forward three suggestions for the development of conventional public transportation and providing reference for similar cities,enhancing the integration of conventional public transportation and subway,improving the bus-only lane system,and developing multilevel and diversified public transportation.
