摘 要:随着台州市城市化发展、机动车保有量增加等带来的交通问题日益严重,传统的交通拥堵治理方式已无法有效缓解交通拥堵现象。智能化治堵在治理交通拥堵上,可操作性更强、见效更快、成本更低,传统治堵方法和智能化治堵方法相结合将起到“1+1> 2”的效果。本文以台州市学院路周边片区为例,从传统治堵和智能化治堵两方面分别对缓解学院路周边片区交通拥堵提出相关改善措施,对台州市的交通治理具有一定理论和现实意义。With the increasing urbanization and vehicle ownership in Taizhou,the traffic problemsare becoming more and more serious.Traditional traffic congestion management methods have been unable to effectively alleviate the phenomenon of traffic congestion.Intelligent traffic congestion management is undoubtedly a more feasible,effective and cost-effective way to manage traffic congestion.The combination of traditional traffic congestion management methods and intelligent traffic congestion management methods will achieve the effect of"1+1>2".This article takes the surrounding area of Xueyuan Road in Taizhou as an example,and proposes relevant improvement measures to alleviate traffic congestion in the surrounding area of Xueyuan Road from both traditional and intelligent traffic congestion management perspectives.It has certain theoretical and practical significance for traffic management in Taizhou.
