摘  要:Dear Editor,Free spike protein of SARS-CoV-2 alone can cause abnormal energy metabolism(Table S1 in Supporting Information),and limited research suggested a potential correlation between spike-induced mitochondrial damage and the ACE2 receptor(Lei et al.,2021;Yang et al.,2023).
