摘　　要：Small RNAs(sRNAs)are crucial noncoding RNA molecules that regulate gene expression across all kingdoms of life,continually revealing new insights through decades of research.Typically,sRNAs in plants are mainly categorized into microRNAs(miRNAs)and short interfering RNAs(siRNAs),with siRNAs predominantly consisting of phased small interfering RNAs(phasiRNAs)and heterochromatic siRNAs(hc-siRNAs)(Axtell and Meyers,2018).
