摘  要:姜黄具有抗氧化及免疫调节等功能,存在于《饲料原料目录》中,可作为饲料原料使用.为探究饲粮中添加姜黄对黄羽肉鸡肠道抗氧化能力、免疫水平、消化吸收功能及微生物群落的影响,分别在试验鸡饲粮中添加150 mg/kg姜黄素以及5 g/kg(0.5%)和10 g/kg(1%)姜黄.结果表明:(1)姜黄素、0.5%姜黄、1%姜黄均提高十二指肠、空肠和回肠的超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)活性、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性、总抗氧化能力(T-AOC),降低丙二醛(MDA)含量(P<0.05);(2)姜黄显著提高黄羽肉鸡肠道中β防御素和SIgA的含量(P<0.05);(3)姜黄素、0.5%姜黄和1%姜黄显著提高28日龄部分消化酶活性(P<0.05),0.5%姜黄和1%姜黄显著提高70日龄脂肪酶活性(P<0.05);(4)姜黄素、0.5%姜黄、1%姜黄显著上调十二指肠、空肠和回肠营养转运载体SGLT1、GLUT2、PePT1的mRNA表达(P<0.05);(5)姜黄素显著降低28日龄盲肠厌氧棍状菌属相对丰度,0.5%姜黄显著降低Intestinimonas相对丰度,1%姜黄显著降低Monoglobus相对丰度(P<0.05);姜黄素显著提高70日龄盲肠普拉梭菌属相对丰度,1%姜黄显著提高戈登氏杆菌属相对丰度(P<0.05).本研究表明姜黄素及姜黄可以提高黄羽肉鸡肠道抗氧化能力,调节肠道免疫功能,增强消化吸收功能,改善盲肠微生物结构,提高黄羽肉鸡的养殖质量,以10 g/kg姜黄为最优添加剂量.(图8表7参59)Turmeric possesses antioxidant and immunomodulatory functions and is listed in the“Feed Material Catalog.”We aimed to explore the effects of dietary curcumin on the intestinal antioxidant capacity,immune level,digestive and absorptive functions,and microbial community of yellow-feathered broilers.Four hundred one-day-old yellow-feathered broilers were randomly divided into four groups:blank group,curcumin group,0.5% turmeric group,and 1% turmeric group(8 replicates per group,10 broilers per replicate).Experimental diets included 150 mg/kg curcumin,5 g/kg turmeric,and 10 g/kg turmeric.Results showed that:(1)Compared with the blank group,curcumin,0.5% turmeric powder,and 1% turmeric powder increased the activity of superoxide dismutase(T-SOD),glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px),and total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC)in duodenum,jejunum,and ileum tissues to varying degrees and decreased the content of malondialdehyde(MDA)in these tissues(P<0.05).(2)Compared with the blank group,turmeric significantly increased the contents of β-defensin and SIgA in the intestines of yellow-feathered broilers(P<0.05).(3)On day 28,curcumin significantly increased the activities of lactase,sucrase,amylase,lipase,and trypsin(P<0.05).On day 28,0.5% turmeric significantly increased the activities of maltase,lactase,amylase,lipase,and trypsin(P<0.05).On day 28,1%turmeric significantly increased the activities of lactase,lipase,and trypsin(P<0.05).On day 70,both 0.5% turmeric and 1% turmeric significantly increased the activity of lipase(P<0.05).(4)Compared to the blank group,curcumin,0.5% turmeric powder,and 1% turmeric powder upregulated the mRNA expression levels of SGLT1,GLUT2,and PePT1 in the duodenum,jejunum,and ileum of yellow-feathered broilers(P<0.05).(5)Compared with the blank group,curcumin significantly reduced the relative abundance of Anaerobic Clavuli at 28 days of age;0.5% turmeric significantly reduced the relative abundance of Intestinimonas;and 1% turmeric significantly reduced the relative abundance of Monoglobus(P<0.05).C
