绿色金融对区域产业结构升级的影响研究——以长江经济带为例

摘　　要：为实现我国经济高质量绿色发展的目标,通过熵值法测算绿色金融发展指数和产业结构升级指数,采用固定效应模型,运用2010—2021年长江经济带11个省市的面板数据测度绿色金融对长江经济带产业结构升级的影响。实证结果表明:绿色金融发展能够显著促进长江经济带产业结构升级,绿色金融对长江经济带产业结构升级的影响存在异质性,对中游和下游地区产业结构升级的促进作用更为明显。建议:完善绿色金融体系,提升绿色金融整体发展水平;协调区域统筹发展,因地制宜实施绿色金融政策;培养绿色金融专业人才,促进产业结构升级。Given the goal of high-quality green development in China s economy,the green finance development index and industrial structure upgrading index are measured by the entropy method.The panel data of 11 provinces and cities along the Yangtze River Economic Belt from 2010 to 2021 are analyzed to measure the influence of green finance on the industrial structure upgrading of the Yangtze River Economic Belt using the fixed-effect model.Empirical results indicate that the development of green finance can significantly promote industrial structure upgrading in the Yangtze River Economic Belt,with varying impacts,showing a more pronounced effect on the central and lower reaches of the region.Suggestions are improving the green finance system to enhance the overall development level,coordinating regional development with tailored green finance policies,and cultivating green finance professionals to promote industrial structure upgrading.
