摘 要:预应力高强混凝土管桩(PHC管桩)的应用存在局限性,近年来特高压输电线路工程在不断摸索和优化PHC管桩的差异化应用,虽然在应用技术方面相对已经比较成熟,但关于其综合造价的对比分析尚缺乏深入研究。为研究PHC管桩在实际工程应用的经济性,文章以典型直流特高压输电线路工程为例,通过与灌注桩基础方案的横向对比,结合输电线路取费、综合造价方面对PHC管桩进行研究。研究发现,PHC管桩的本体造价高于灌注桩基础23%~33%,但其他费用均低于灌注桩基础。当基础作用力小、地质条件较好时,PHC管桩的综合造价具有经济优势。The application of pre-stressed high-strength concrete pile foundation has limitations,in recent years,UHV transmission line project has been constantly exploring and optimizing the differentiated application of pre-stressed high-strength concrete pile foundations.Although the application technology is relatively mature,there is still no in-depth research on the comparative analysis of comprehensive cost.This article takes a typical UHVDC transmission line project as an example to study the economic feasibility of adopting pre-stressed high-strength concrete pile foundation in practical engineering,which conducts research on pre-stressed high-strength concrete pile foundation by comparing them with the foundation scheme of cast-in-place piles,and combining with the charging and comprehensive cost of transmission lines.It is found that the cost of pre-stressed high-strength concrete pile foundation is about 23%to 33%higher than that of cast-in-place pile foundation,but other costs are lower than those of cast-in-place pile foundation.When the foundation force is small and the geological conditions are good,the comprehensive cost of pre-stressed high-strength concrete pile foundation has economic advantage.
