摘 要:火力发电厂锅炉基础的设计和建设对整个发电系统的安全和稳定运行至关重要。以某大型火电厂锅炉基础地基处理方案作为工程实例,基于对其工程地质条件和地基土层的物理力学性质的分析,研究旋挖灌注桩和天然地基两种方案的适用性和优劣。主要研究内容包括沉降、经济性和施工工期等。结果表明,旋挖灌注桩方案的沉降量更小,施工成本更低,而两种方案总的施工工期相近,故最终推荐采用旋挖灌注桩方案。The design and construction of the boiler foundation in thermal power plants are crucial for the safe and stable operation of the entire power generation system.Taking the foundation treatment schemes for boiler foundations in a large thermal power plant as an engineering example,the applicability,advantages,and disadvantages of two foundation treatment schemes of rotary bored piles and natural foundations are studied based on the analysis of engineering geological conditions and the physical and mechanical properties of the foundation soil layers.The main research content includes settlement,economic feasibility,and construction period.The results show that the rotary bored pile scheme has smaller settlement and lower construction costs,while the total construction period of both schemes is similar.Therefore,the rotary bored pile scheme is finally recommended.
