摘 要:C_(f)/SiC复合材料是一种碳纤维增强的SiC基复合材料,具有优异的高温热力学性能和组织稳定性,被广泛用于制造航空航天领域中热防护系统和动力系统的关键零部件。C_(f)/SiC复合材料兼有SiC基体的硬脆性、碳纤维的强韧性以及两相结合的非连续特性,给切削加工带来极大挑战。为此,针对一种高孔隙率C_(f)/SiC复合材料的高效加工开展基础试验研究,采用TiCrN+Al 2O 3+TiN涂层硬质合金立铣刀铣削C_(f)/SiC复合材料表面,研究铣削参数对加工表面质量和刀具磨损的影响规律,结合仿真分析研究加工表面形成机理,为C_(f)/SiC复合材料的低损伤切削工艺研究提供基础试验数据和指导。C_(f)/SiC composite is a carbon fiber reinforced SiC matrix composite with excellent high temperature thermodynamic properties and microstructure stability,which is widely used in the manufacture of key components of thermal protection systems and power systems in the aerospace field.The C_(f)/SiC composite has both the hardness and brittleness of SiC matrix,the strength and toughness of carbon fiber,and the discontinuous characteristics due to the combination of the two phases,which brings great challenges to cutting processes.Therefore,fundamental experimental study is carried out for efficient machining of a high-porosity C_(f)/SiC composite.TiCrN+Al 2O 3+TiN coated carbide end mills are used to mill the high-porosity C_(f)/SiC composite,and the influence of milling parameters on machined surface quality and tool wear is studied.The mechanism of defect formation on the machined surface are discovered based on the finite element simulation.This work provides basic experimental data and guidance for the research on low-damage cutting technology of C_(f)/SiC composites.
