摘  要:以航空起落架叉架类结构件数控加工用液压夹具为研究对象,从零件装夹变形、切削受力、实际应用过程中的稳定性控制等方面开展分析研究,在工程试验的基础上,分别将两组离散的数据点通过最小二乘法进行处理,提出液压夹持系统工件稳定性数学模型,解决了起落架结构件在传统装夹过程中切削力与夹紧力不匹配的难题,提高了工艺系统的刚度,增强了系统稳定性,并在航空结构件数控加工零件装夹领域中进行了应用,提升了起落架结构件的整体制造水平,具有工程化推广价值。This paper takes the hydraulic fixture used for NC machining of aviation landing gear fork frame structural parts as the research object,carries out analysis and researches from the parts clamping deformation,cutting force,stability control in the process of practical application.On the basis of engineering experiments,a mathematical model for the stability of hydraulic clamping system workpieces is proposed using the least squares method and two sets of discrete data points.The problem of mismatch between cutting force and clamping force of landing gear structural parts in the traditional clamping process is solved,the stiffness of the process system is improved and the stability of the system is enhanced.Finally,it is applied in the clamping field of NC machining of aviation structural parts,which improves the overall manufacturing level of landing gear structural parts and has the values of engineering promotion.
