摘 要:以聚醚型聚苯并咪唑(OPBI)为基体,以自制的高长径比羟基磷灰石纳米线(HAPNW)为无机填料,通过氧化凝胶纺丝法和冷冻干燥的方法制备HAPNW/OPBI复合气凝胶纤维(CAFs),研究了HAPNW含量对CAFs微观结构和性能的影响。结果表明:HAPNW质量分数为5%~10%时,HAPNW在CAFs中分散均匀,CAFs表面和内部均具有均匀的多孔结构;当HAPNW质量分数为10%时,CAFs具有优异的综合性能,其比表面积、孔隙率和拉伸强度分别提高到155.45 m^(2)/g、85.51%和17.7 MPa;HAPNW的加入对CAFs的热分解行为没有明显的影响,但提高了CAFs的耐燃烧性及高温隔热性能,当HAPNW质量分数为10%时,CAFs在氮气气氛下热分解温度达575℃,在火焰中不燃烧,热导率为53.1 W/(m·K),在200℃热台上CAFs织物的表面温度稳定在159℃左右。Hydroxyapatite nanowires/polyether polybenzimidazole(HAPNW/OPBI)composite aerogel fibers(CAFs)were prepared with OPBI as the matrix and self-made HAPNW with high aspect ratio as the inorganic filler by oxidation gel spinning and freeze drying processes.The effects of HAPNW content on the microstructure and properties of CAFs were studied.The results showed that HAPNW was uniformly dispersed in CAFs and the surface and interior of CAFs both had a uniform porous structure when the mass fraction of HAPNW was 5%-10%;CAFs exhibited excellent comprehensive properties and the specific surface area,porosity and tensile strength were increased to 155.45 m^(2)/g,85.51%and 17.7 MPa,respectively,when the mass fraction of HAPNW was 10%;the addition of HAPNW had no significant effect on the thermal decomposition behavior of CAFs,but made their combustion resistance and high-temperature insulation performance improved,CAFs had the thermal decomposition temperature up to 575℃under nitrogen atmosphere and did not burn in flames when the mass fraction of HAPNW was 10%,and the thermal conductivity was 53.1 W/(m·K)and the surface temperature of CAFs fabric was stable at around 159℃on a 200℃heating platform.
