摘 要:以氧化亚铜(Cu_(2)O)为抗菌剂与聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)混合,经熟化、柱塞、挤出压延、干燥和拉伸定型等三维异步拉伸技术制备PTFE/Cu_(2)O纤维膜,探究了Cu_(2)O的粒径、添加量对纤维膜微观形貌、孔径、孔隙率及透气透湿性能的影响,并评价了PTFE/Cu_(2)O纤维膜的抗菌性能。结果表明:Cu_(2)O的粒径对PTFE/Cu_(2)O纤维膜的微观形貌及透湿量影响不大,但粒径较小(98 nm)的Cu_(2)O制备的PTFE/Cu_(2)O纤维膜性能较好;随着Cu_(2)O添加量的增加,PTFE/Cu_(2)O纤维膜的“原纤-节点”结构更加均匀,平均孔径、孔隙率及透气率均有所增加,透湿量变化不大,当添加Cu_(2)O质量分数为0.8%时,PTFE/Cu_(2)O纤维膜平均孔径为0.26μm,孔隙率为66.5%,透气率达到5.09 mm/s;添加粒径为98 nm的Cu_(2)O质量分数0.8%,制备的PTFE/Cu_(2)O纤维膜对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌均具有一定的抗菌效果,抗菌实验表明大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的存活率分别为73%和69%。Polytetrafluoroethylene/cuprous oxide(PTFE/Cu_(2)O)fiber membranes were prepared by mixing Cu_(2)O as an antibacterial agent with PTFE using three-dimensional asynchronous stretching technique including maturation,piston,extrusion,calendaring,drying,drawing and setting,etc.The effects of Cu_(2)O particle size and addition amount on the microscopic morphology,pore size,porosity and air and moisture permeability of the fiber membranes were investigated.And the antibacterial properties of PTFE/Cu_(2)O fiber membranes were evaluated.The results showed that the particle size of Cu_(2)O had little effect on the microscopic morphology and moisture permeability of PTFE/Cu_(2)O fiber membranes,but the PTFE/Cu_(2)O fiber membranes prepared with Cu_(2)O with small particle size(98 nm)was better in the performance;the“fibril node”structure of PTFE/Cu_(2)O fiber membrane became more uniform,and the average pore size,porosity and air permeability all increased,but the moisture permeability did not change much with the increase of Cu_(2)O addition;PTFE/Cu_(2)O fiber membrane had the average pore size of 0.26μm,the porosity of 66.5%and the air permeability up to 5.09 mm/s when the mass fraction of Cu_(2)O added was 0.8%;the PTFE/Cu_(2)O fiber membrane prepared by adding 0.8%Cu_(2)O by mass fraction with a particle size of 98 nm had a certain antibacterial effect on both Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus;and the antibacterial experiments showed that the survival rates of Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus were 73%and 69%,respectively.
