摘　　要：目的分析中国水系灾害医学救援的发展现状,以期为提高海(水)上医学救援效率提供参考。方法通过从“人员队伍建设、应急医学救援能力建设、紧急救护体系机制建设、先进技术手段的应用、水系灾害医学救援理论和实践”五大方面分析了我国水系灾害医学救援的发展状况,结合当前存在的问题提出了对策与建议。结果我国在海(水)上医学救援方面仍存在一些问题,对策与建议包括六大方面:加强救援模式的复苏与创新、加强救援体系机制建设、加强科学技术研究、加强专业救援人员培训、完善相关制度规范、加强信息化建议。结论我国在海(水)系灾害医学救援方面仍有待改进,应科学应对,做好应急保障,提高救援效率。Objective TO discuss the development of water system discotey and medical rescue in clin.Methods Our country is one of the countries that suffered the most serious impact of natural disasters,not only caused great loss to people's life and property safety,but also brought serious impact to economic development.In order to reduce disaster losses and improve the efficiency of rescue support,in recent years.Results China has carried out work from many aspects such as team construction,command and coordination,capacity building,science and technology assistance,resource allocation,response procedures,and so on,and built a water disaster medical rescue system in inland and offshore waters,ensuring the safety of China's water system,and guaranteeing the lives and property of the people and social and economic development.Conclusion In this paper,the status quo,existing problems,countermeasures and suggestions of the medical rescue capability of water system disasters in China were reviewed,which provided a basis for further improving the medical rescue capability of water system disasters.
