摘　　要：目的探讨“三防”(防核、防化学、防生物)医学救援队在参与化学事件医学救援过程中与防化分队协同协作的重要性及其策略。方法首先概述了“三防”医学救援队参加化学事件医学救援与防化分队协同协作的背景;其次分析了“三防”医学救援队参加化学事件医学救援与防化分队协同协作的具体举措,列举了注意事项,提出了问题挑战和未来展望。结果“三防”医学救援队参加化学事件医学救援与防化分队协同协作能够有效提升防化救援效率,实践过程中需要建立联合指挥机制、加强信息共享与沟通、制定协同救援预案、实施联合培训演练、优化资源配置与利用、建立后续合作机制等。结论“三防”医学救援队参加化学事件医学救援与防化分队协同协作需要提前谋划和严密组织,相关举措可为未来化学事件的医学救援工作提供有益参考。Objective To explore the importance and strategies of the"Three Defenses"(nuclear,chemical,and biological)medical rescue teams in collaborating with the chemical crops during the process of participating in chemical event medical rescue.Methods This article explores the importance and strategies of the"Three Defenses"medical rescue team in collaborating with the chemical crops during the process of participating in chemical event medical rescue.Firstly,the background and significance of the participation of the"Three Defenses"medical rescue team in the collaborative work of chemical event medical rescue and chemical crops were outlined.Subsequently,the specific measures taken by the"Three Defense"medical rescue team to participate in the collaborative work of chemical event medical rescue and chemical crops were analyzed,and precautions were listed.Problems,challenges,and future prospects were proposed.Results The participation of the"Three Defense"medical rescue team in chemical event medical rescue and the collaborative work of chemical crops can effectively improve the efficiency of chemical prevention and rescue.In the practical process,it is necessary to establish a joint command mechanism,strengthen information sharing and communication,develop collaborative rescue plans,implement joint training exercises,optimize resource allocation and utilization,and establish follow-up cooperation mechanisms.Conclusion The participation of the"Three Defense"medical rescue team in the collaboration with chemical crops in chemical incident medical rescue requires advance planning and rigorous organization.Relevant measures provide useful references for future chemical incident medical rescue work.
