摘 要:随着聚酯装置的大型化,装置工艺塔酯化蒸气余热资源的利用变得不可忽视。聚酯装置工艺塔酯化蒸气余热利用方式包括余热制冷、余热取热等,但存在余热利用率不高的问题。通过分析聚酯装置工艺塔酯化蒸气特点及现有余热利用方式,结合目前新型水蒸气压缩机的发展,重点讨论了利用机械蒸汽再压缩(MVR)技术回收工艺塔酯化蒸气余热的技术方案和优势,并与余热发电技术进行了对比。结果表明:聚酯装置工艺塔酯化蒸气具有温度低,压力低、允许压降小,组分沸点差大,冬夏两季热负荷差别大,腐蚀性较强等特点;对于大型聚酯装置,在兼顾聚酯装置冷量/热量需求的前提下,采用MVR技术将多余的余热资源转化成水蒸气既可实现酯化蒸气余热的回收,又可满足酯化蒸气在冬季与夏季时热负荷差距较大的工况,是一种比余热发电更加经济高效的利用方式。With the large-scale development of polyester plants,the utilization of waste heat resources from esterification steam in the process tower of a plant cannot be ignored.The utilization methods of esterification steam waste heat from the process tower of polyester plant include waste heat refrigeration,waste heat extraction,etc.,but there is a problem of low waste heat utilization rate.By analyzing the characteristics of esterification steam in the process tower of polyester plant and the existing waste heat utilization methods and consideing the development of new steam compressors,the technical scheme and advantages of mechanical vapor recompression(MVR)technology to recover waste heat from esterification steam in process tower were emphatically discussed and compared with those of waste heat power generation technology.The results showed that the esterification steam in the process tower of polyester plant had the characteristics of low temperature,low pressure and low allowable pressure drop,singnificant boiling point difference of components,great heat load difference in winter and summer and strong corrosiveness;for large-scale polyester plants,using MVR technology to convert excess waste heat resources into steam while considering the cooling/heating requirements of polyester plant can not only achieve the recovery of esterification steam waste heat,but also satisfy the working conditions of great heat load difference between esterification steam in winter and summer,so MVR technology was a more economical and efficient utilization method than waste heat power generation.
