摘　　要：中国共产党对社会主义市场经济体制的创新发展是改革开放以来我国在经济方面取得历史性成就的重要原因。梳理并剖析了党的历史上六次三中全会对社会主义市场经济体制所做出的创新论述及其贡献,回顾了社会主义市场经济体制从奠定基础到迈向高水平发展的全过程。在此基础上,深度聚焦二十届三中全会通过的《中共中央关于进一步全面深化改革推进中国式现代化的决定》中提出的构建高水平社会主义市场经济体制的战略任务,认为高水平社会主义市场经济体制是社会主义市场经济体制转型升级的必然结果,是新质生产力推动与社会主义现代化强国建设共同作用的必然产物。《决定》对社会主义市场经济体制在目标定位、宏观体制、微观体制、基本条件、基础制度等方面所进行的创新安排,既是高水平社会主义市场经济体制的内涵所在,也是构建高水平社会主义市场经济体制的重要保障。The innovative development of the socialist market economic system launched by the Communist Party of China has been vital for China’s historic achievements in economy since the Reform and Opening-up.Based on an analysis of the innovative ideas on the socialist market economic system initiated at the six“third plenary sessions”and their contributions in history,the present paper reviews the whole process of the System from its establishment to the high-quality development.It further focuses on the strategies of constructing the high-level socialist market economic system stated in the“Resolution of the Central Commit-tee of the Communist Party of China on Further Deepening Reform Comprehensively to Advance Chinese Modernization”of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of Chi-na,positing that the high-standard socialist market economic system will be a natural result of this system’s transformation and upgrading,propelled by the new quality productive forces and the construction of a strong,modern socialist country.The innovative ideas articulated in the Resolution about the System in targeting positioning,macro and micro market economy systems,fundamental conditions and institutions are not only the essence of the high-standard socialist market economy system,but also the guarantee of building such a system.
