摘　　要：桃儿七为国家二级重点保护野生植物,其根茎含有的抗肿瘤活性成分鬼臼毒素可作为多种抗癌药物的前体化合物,具有重要的药用和经济价值。近年来,桃儿七的研究取得了重要进展。本文主要从适生区分布与生理生态、叶绿体基因组特征、鬼臼毒素代谢调控、组织与细胞培养以及药用研究等领域对桃儿七的研究现状进行综述,并对该领域的研究进行展望。Sinopodophyllum hexandrum was a kind of national protected wild plant in grade II.The podophyllotoxin(PTOX)in its roots and stems had strong anti-tumor activity,which was a precursor compound of a variety of anticancer drugs,and had important medicinal and economic value.In recent years,important progress had been made in the study of S.hexandrum.In this paper,the research progress in the field of distribution of suitable habitat and physiological ecology,characteristics of chloroplast genome,metabolic regulation of PTOX,tissue and cell culture,and medical research of S.hexandrum were reviewed.The prospect in the fields were also discussed.
