温拌沥青技术在沥青路面施工中的应用研究

摘  要:为提高温拌沥青在公路施工中的质量,减少沥青路面施工过程对外界造成的污染,依托实际工程,阐述温拌沥青路面原材料的各项技术指标,采用AC-16C级配和4.8%的油石比制备混合料。按照施工技术完成后,对实际工程进行性能检测可知,混合料动稳定度为1268次/mm,残留稳定度为83.1%,冻融劈裂强度比为77.2%,表明温拌沥青具有较好的高温稳定性、水稳定性和抗渗水性能。In order to improve the quality of warm mixed asphalt in highway construction and reduce the pollution caused by the construction process of asphalt pavement,the technical indexes of raw materials of warm mixed asphalt pavement were described.AC-16C grade and 4.8%oil-stone ratio were used to prepare the mixture.According to the completion of the construction technology,the performance test of the actual project shows that the dynamic stability of the mixture is 1268 times/mm,the residual stability is 83.1%,and the freeze-thaw splitting strength ratio is 77.2%,which indicates that the warm mixed asphalt has good high temperature stability,water stability and water seepage resistance.
