摘　　要：针对混凝土外墙裂缝较为常见且严重时影响建筑使用寿命和安全性的问题,论文从温度、施工设计和施工材料3个方面对裂缝的产生原因进行了分析,并且在此基础上,从混凝土配置、施工和养护等方面提出了针对外墙裂缝的5点预防措施,总结了3种常见的混凝土外墙裂缝修补技术:表面封闭法、灌浆法、粘贴加固法。In view of the common and serious cracks of concrete exterior walls,which affect the service life and safety of buildings,the paper analyzes the causes of cracks from three aspects:temperature,construction design and construction materials,and on this basis,it puts forward five preventive measures for the crack of exterior wall from the aspects of concrete configuration,construction and maintenance,summarizes three common concrete crack repair technology:surface sealing method,grouting method,paste reinforcement method.
