摘　　要：为提升工程项目建设质量,加强施工进度和施工成本控制,通过梳理相关文献,总结建筑工程技术管理控制存在的问题,对建筑工程技术管理控制的要点和优化措施进行了探讨,提出通过加强沟通和合作、推进管理手段创新、加强人员培训和完善数据信息共享平台等手段,提高建筑工程质量水平和工期控制,推动行业发展。In order to improve the quality of construction projects,strengthen the control of construction progress and construction cost,this paper summarizes the problems existing in the technical management and control of construction engineering by combing the relevant literature,and discusses the key points and optimization measures of the technical management and control of construction engineering.It is proposes that through strengthening communication and cooperation,promoting innovation in management means,strengthening personnel training and improving data and information sharing platforms,we can improve the quality level and schedule control of construction projects and promote the development of the industry.
