摘 要:中国涉汞行业较多,含汞废物产生量大,其潜在的环境风险不容忽视,履约压力较大。文章对中国含汞废物产生情况进行了调研,对含汞废物环境管理政策进行了系统梳理。在此基础上,文章分析了中国含汞废物环境管理存在的短板,并提出了含汞废物的污染防治建议,以期为中国更好地履行汞公约、提高含汞废物环境管理能力和水平提供技术支撑。There are many mercury-related industries in China,and the amount of mercury-containing waste is large.The potential environmental risks of mercury-containing waste cannot be ignored,and the pressure of convention implementation is greater.In this paper,the production situation of mercury-containing waste in China was investigated,and the environmental management policy of mercury-containing waste was systematically reviewed.On this basis,the paper analyzed the shortcomings of environmental management of mercury-containing waste in China,and put forward the pollution prevention and control suggestions for mercury-containing waste,in order to provide technical support for China to better implement the mercury convention and improve the ability and level of environmental management of mercury-containing waste.
