摘　　要：“环保管家”是一种新型环境管理第三方服务模式,通过提供环保咨询、环境监测、污染治理等“全方位、一站式”环保服务,有效促进环保产业健康可持续发展。文章对“环保管家”服务对象、内容及常见模式等进行论述,提出引入“环保管家”的重要意义,并针对“双碳”背景下“环保管家”服务面临的问题提出有效措施,希望向相关工作人员提供借鉴参考。"The environmental housekeeper"is a new third-party service model for environmental management,which promotes the healthy and sustainable development of the environmental protection industry by providing“all-round and one-stop”environmental protection services such as environmental protection consulting,environmental monitoring and pollution control.This paper discusses the service object,content and common mode of“the environmental housekeeper”,points out the significance of introducing“the environmental housekeeper”,and puts forward effective measures for the problems faced by“the environmental housekeeper”service under the background of“dual carbon”,hoping to provide reference for relevant staff.
