摘 要:随着海上尤其是深水油气资源勘探开发的推进,海上凝析油泄漏风险及其有效处置对策受到越来越多的关注。文章通过对海上凝析油泄漏中人员安全及暴露风险的分析,在对不同凝析油和轻质油分类的基础上,根据不同类型油品的物理化学特性,针对性地提出机械回收、溢油分散剂喷洒和机械分散等溢油应急处置策略建议,旨在为中国南海深水气田开发的应急响应提供有益参考。With the advancement of exploration and development of offshore,especially deepwater oil and gas resources,the risk of offshore condensate oil leakage and effective disposal strategies have received increasing attention.This article analyzes the personnel safety and exposure risks of involved in offshore condensate oil leakage.Based on the classification of different types of condensate oil and light oil,and based on the physical and chemical characteristics of different types of oil products,targeted emergency response strategies such as mechanical recovery,oil spill dispersant spraying and mechanical dispersion are proposed for oil spills.The aim is to provide useful reference for emergency response in the development of deepwater gas fields in the South China Sea.
