摘  要:催化裂化装置是石油化工行业的重要装置,其中烟气轮机(简称“烟机”)机组作为催化裂化装置中的关键设备,起到了回收能量、降低能耗的作用。但烟机机组的常见问题为主电机耗电量很高、烟机轮盘蒸汽消耗过大、烟机机组运行效率低,无法满足催化裂化装置的长周期运行要求。因此,文章分析了催化裂化主风机烟机机组的耗能特点以及机组能效,针对烟机机组的节能降耗措施进行研究探讨,以增强烟机运转性能,满足长期运转需求,推动石油化工行业稳步发展。The catalytic cracking unit is an essential device in the petrochemical industry,and the flue gas turbine unit,as a key equipment in the catalytic cracking unit,plays a role in recovering energy and reducing energy consumption.However,the common issues of the flue gas turbine unit include high power consumption of the main motor,excessive steam consumption of the turbine rotor and low operational efficiency of the unit,which cannot meet the long-term operational requirements of the catalytic cracking unit.This paper analyzes the energy consumption characteristics and energy efficiency of the main air blower flue gas turbine unit in catalytic cracking,conducts research and discussion on energy-saving and consumption-reducing measures for the flue gas turbine unit,aiming to enhance the operational performance of the flue gas turbine,satisfy long-term operational needs,and promote the steady development of the petrochemical industry.
