摘 要:化工行业污染事故时有发生,应急监测是有效应对的关键。文章系统阐述了化工污染事故应急监测的技术方法、工作流程和实践策略,重点探讨了事故信息收集评估、监测方案制定、现场快速监测、样品分析与数据处理等环节的具体要求和操作要点。通过应用案例分析,凝练了应急监测三优先工作原则,总结了典型事故中应急监测的经验做法,可为化工行业环境风险防控、应急响应能力建设提供有益参考。Pollution accidents occur frequently in the chemical industry,and emergency monitoring is the key to effective response.The article systematically elaborates on the technical methods,work flow and practical strategies of emergency monitoring for chemical pollution accidents.The specific requirements and operational points for accident information collection and evaluation,monitoring plan formulation,on-site rapid monitoring,sample analysis and data processing were discussed in detail.Through application case analysis,the three priority principles of emergency monitoring have been condensed,and the experience and practices of emergency monitoring in typical accidents have been summarized.it can provide useful reference for guiding environmental risk prevention and control and emergency response capacity building in the chemical industry.
