摘 要:传统塑料制品的出现极大丰富了人们的生活,同时也带来了“白色污染”问题,破坏了陆地和海洋正常的生态平衡。为了解决一次性塑料制品带来的环境问题,发展生物可降解塑料逐渐成为高分子研究领域的热点话题。文章从生物可降解塑料的种类、性质及降解原理入手,基于石油化工和煤化工的技术优势,着重介绍了聚对苯二甲酸-己二酸丁二醇酯(PBAT)、聚丁二酸丁二醇酯(PBS)/聚丁二酸-己二酸丁二酯(PBSA)、聚乙醇酸(PGA)、聚己内酯(PCL)和聚碳酸亚丙酯(PPC)等五种生物可降解塑料化石基合成的技术路线,并展望了可降解塑料的未来。The emergence of traditional plastic products has greatly enriched people’s lives,but also brought about the problem of“white pollution”,and destroyed the normal ecological balance of land and sea.In order to solve the environmental problems caused by disposable plastic products,the development of biodegradable plastics has gradually become a hot topic in the field of polymer research.This paper starts from the types,properties and degradation principles of biodegradable plastics,based on the technical advantages of petrochemical and coal chemical industries,the technical routes of fossil based synthesis of five kinds of biodegradable plastics were introduced,including poly-butylene adipate terephthalate(PBAT),poly-butylene succinate(PBS)/poly-butylene succinate adipate(PBSA),poly-glycolic acid(PGA),poly-caprolactone(PCL)and propylene carbonate(PPC).And,the future of biodegradable plastics was prospected.
