摘　　要：袋式除尘器是化工企业最常用的气体净化设备,但由于化工行业烟气成分复杂、烟气波动量大,会对袋式除尘器的运行造成不利影响,袋式除尘器长期运行会出现排放浓度增加、运行阻力加大等故障。文章对化工行业除尘器运行性能的影响因素和常见故障进行了分析研究,为化工行业除尘器的长周期稳定运行提供参考。Bag dust collectors is the most commonly used gas purification equipment in the chemical enterprises.Due to the complex composition and large fluctuation of flue gas in the chemical industry,it has adverse effects on the operation of bag dust collectors.Long term operation of bag dust collectors can lead to faults such as increased emission concentration and increased operational resistance.This article analyzes and studies the influencing factors and common faults of the operational performance of dust collectors in the chemical industry,providing reference for the long-term stable operation of dust collectors in the chemical industry.
