摘 要:为了解决凤山煤矿近距离煤层采空区瓦斯涌出引起的掘进工作面瓦斯浓度增加问题,以12604运输巷掘进工作面为研究对象,分析了不同大气压力条件下掘进工作面瓦斯浓度、采空区与巷道压差的变化规律。结果表明,采空区与巷道内气体的压差同巷道内气压的变化速度密切相关;凤山煤矿12604运输巷掘进工作面在当前生产条件下,导致巷道内瓦斯浓度大幅上升的采空区与巷道内大气压差的阈值为320 Pa。基于此,设计并实验了利用压差和工作面瓦斯传感器读数T_(2)与T_(1)的差值联合控制抽采管路电控阀门的自动调控技术,有效减少掘进工作面瓦斯涌出异常情况,同时,消除过度抽采导致的巷道内空气“倒吸”入采空区现象。In order to solve the problem of gas emission from the driving face caused by the goaf of close range coal seam in Fengshan Coal Mine.Taking the No.12604 transportation roadway driving face as the research object,the change rule of gas concentration and pressure difference between goaf and roadway in driving face under different atmospheric pressure conditions was analyzed.The research results indicate that the pressure difference between the goaf and the roadway is closely related to the rate of change in the gas pressure inside the roadway;under the current production conditions of the No.12604 transportation roadway driving face.The threshold for the difference in atmospheric pressure between the goaf and the roadway,which leads to a significant increase in gas concentration,is 320 Pa.Based on this,an automatic control technology was designed and tested to jointly control the electric control valve of the extraction pipeline using pressure difference and the difference between the T_(2)and T_(1)gas sensors in the working face.This effectively reduces abnormal gas emissions in the driving face and eliminates the phenomenon of air being"sucked back"into the goaf caused by excessive extraction.
