摘　　要：本文基于双重边际效应理论和信息不对称理论,构建了生鲜农产品供应链的集中决策和分散决策博弈模型。通过模型推导和分析,探讨了供应商入侵行为及其对收益的影响,发现入侵行为有助于缓解双重边际效应。同时,本文深入分析了供应链内外部组织间的信息不对称现象以及其对供应链运作的影响,并提出相应策略以解决信息不对称问题,旨在优化生鲜农产品供应链的运作效率。Based on the theory of double marginal effect and information asymmetry,this paper constructs the game model of centralized decision making and decentralized decision making in the supply chain of fresh agricultural products.Through model derivation and analysis,the intrusion behavior of suppliers and its impact on revenue are discussed,and it is found that intrusion behavior can help alleviate the double marginal effect.At the same time,this paper deeply analyzes the information asymmetry between the internal and external organizations of the supply chain and its impact on the operation of the supply chain,and puts forward corresponding strategies to solve the problem of information asymmetry,aiming at optimizing the operational efficiency of the supply chain of fresh agricultural products.
