摘 要:随着经济的快速发展,散粮筒仓作业的自动化和智能化水平不断提升,对设备的安全可靠运行也提出新的要求。为了满足这些要求,采用先进的技术手段来增强筒仓的综合管理能力,对提高散粮筒仓的安全性至关重要。筒仓中的输送设备,如皮带输送机、提升机、刮板机,经常处于连续运行的状态,通过数字化测温技术,可实现对这些设备的轴承、滚筒等关键部位温度的实时监测、预警和报警,以确保设备的稳定运行并预防意外事故的发生。本文主要介绍了连云港东粮码头有限公司数字化测温技术在散粮筒仓系统中的应用,旨在提升整体数字化水平,为提高散粮系统设备的安全性能提供技术支持。With the rapid development of the economy,the automation and intelligence level of bulk grain silo operations continues to improve,which also puts forward new requirements for the safe and reliable operation of equipment.In order to meet these requirements,it is crucial to adopt advanced technological means to enhance the comprehensive management capability of silos and improve the safety of bulk grain silos.The conveying equipment in the silo,such as belt conveyors,elevators,and scrapers,are often in continuous operation,through digital temperature measurement technology,real-time monitoring,warning,and alarm of the temperature of key parts such as bearings and drums of these equipment can be achieved to ensure stable operation of the equipment and prevent accidents.This article mainly introduces the application of the Lianyungang Dongliang Seaport Co.,Ltd.digital temperature measurement technology in the bulk grain silo system,aiming to enhance the overall digitalization level and provide technical support for improving the safety performance bulk grain system equipment.
