摘　　要：目的探究消毒供应中心应用脉动真空压力蒸汽灭菌器灭菌包湿包的防范措施及效果。方法选取2023年1—12月湘潭市中心医院南院区消毒供应室灭菌后敷料包、骨科器械包、纸塑料包2000份。根据时间先后顺序分为对照组(2023年1—8月,n=973)、观察组(2023年9—12月,n=1027);其中对照组实施常规灭菌法,在此基础上观察组采用侧开门式脉动蒸汽灭菌器开门角度限制装置,控制灭菌冷却时灭菌器开门角度。研究分析两组方案对控制湿包的效果及工作人员对消毒供应中心灭菌包质量的满意度。结果观察组湿包发生率0.49%(5/1027)比对照组1.75%(17/973)低,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.295,P<0.05);观察组工作人员对消毒供应中心灭菌包质量的满意度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论消毒供应中心采用脉动真空压力蒸汽灭菌器可有效降低湿包发生率,还可提升中心工作人员的满意度。Objective To explore the preventive measures and effect of the pulsating vacuum pressure steam sterilizer in the disinfection supply center.Methods Two thousand copies of sterilized dressing packs,orthopedic instrument packs,and paper-plastic packs were selected from January to December 2023 in the disinfection and supply room of the South Hospital District of Xiangtan Central Hospital and the disinfection and supply center of Hunan Provincial People's Hospital.According to the chronological order,they were divided into the control group(from January to August 2023,n=973)and the observation group(n=1027,from September to December 2023);and the control group implemented conventional sterilization method,On this basis,the observation group used a side-opened pulsating steam sterilizer to limit the opening angle of the sterilizer to control the opening angle of the sterilizer during sterilization cooling.The effect of the control of wet package and the satisfaction with the quality of sterilization packaging in the disinfection supply center were analyzed.Results Compared with the control group 1.75%(17/973),the incidence of wet packs of the observation group 0.49%(5/1027)was lower,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.295,P<0.05).The satisfaction score regarding the quality of sterilization kits in the sterilization supply center of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The disinfection supply center adopts the pulsating vacuum pressure steam sterilizer effectively reduce the incidence of wet bag and improve the satisfaction of the center staff.
