六色光谱在检出手术无菌过期物品中的应用效果研究

摘　　要：目的探究六色光谱在检出手术无菌过期物品中的应用效果。方法选取2023年1—6月济南市第八人民医院264件手术室无菌物品作为对照组;并选取2023年7—12月264件手术室无菌物品作为观察组;期间手术室内无菌物品种类及数量相同。对照组实施常规无菌管理,观察组实施六色光谱管理法;并选取手术无菌物品管理的护理人员30名,两组均为同一批护理人员。比较两组检查无菌物品所需时间、环境整理用时、返消毒的无菌物品数目、无菌物品过期数目;并比较两组护理质量、护理人员对无菌物品使用的满意度情况。结果观察组检查无菌物品时间、环境整理用时较对照组均更短,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);观察组总返消毒率较对照组更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理人员满意度96.67%(29/30)较对照组73.33%(22/30)更高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.706,P<0.05);观察组护理质量评分较对照组更高,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论六色光谱管理应用于手术无菌物品检查中,可缩短检查时间,降低返消毒率,提高护理人员的满意度,进而提升护理质量。Objective To explore the application effect of six-color spectrum in the detection of surgical sterile expired items.Methods 264 operating room sterile items in Jinan Eighth People's Hospital from January to June 2023 were selected as the control group;and 264 items were selected from July to December 2023 as the observation group;the type and quantity of sterile items in the operating room were the same.The control group implemented routine sterile management,and the observation group implemented six-color spectral management;thirty nursing personnel selected surgical sterile items,both groups were the same nursing staff.Compare the time required for the sterile items,the number of sterile items,and the nursing quality and the satisfaction of nursing staff with the use of sterile items.Results Compared with the control group,the observation group inspection time and environmental finishing time were shorter,the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the observation group had a lower total disinfection rate,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group 73.33%(22/30),the observation group had higher satisfaction 96.67%(29/30),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.706,P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the nursing quality score of the observation group was higher,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The six-color spectrum management is used in the examination of surgical sterile items,which can shorten the examination time,reduce the return disinfection rate,improve the satisfaction of nursing staff,and then improve the quality of nursing.
