摘 要:目的分析加强检验科质量管理对工作人员敬业度的影响。方法选取枝江市中医医院2022年1—12月的11名检验科工作人员实施常规质量管理;选择2023年1—12月同一批工作人员实施加强质量管理,对比工作人员加强质量管理前后的敬业度、管理效果和不良事件发生情况。结果管理后工作人员的基本需求为(5.45±0.38)分、管理者支持为(11.09±0.76)分、团队合作为(11.16±0.41)分、自我成长为(5.25±0.37)分的敬业度评分均高于管理前的(4.17±0.24)分、(9.67±0.48)分、(9.92±0.98)分、(3.56±0.29)分,差异有统计学意义(t=9.446、5.239、3.871、11.923,P均<0.05);与管理前相比,管理后工作人员的管理效果均更好,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);管理后发生的不良事件数量比管理前少。结论在检验科中加强质量控制可以有效提升工作人员的敬业程度,降低不良事件的发生风险,取得良好的管理效果。Objective To analyze the impact of strengthen the quality management of the inspection department on the dedication of staff.Methods The routine quality management was implemented for 11 laboratory staff members in Zhijiang Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January to December 2022;11 staff members from the same batch from January to December 2023 were selected to implement strengthened quality management.Compare the engagement,management effect and occurrence of adverse events before and after strengthening quality management.Results The scores of employee's basic needs was 5.45±0.38,manager support was 11.09±0.76,team cooperation was 11.16±0.41,and self growth was 5.25±0.37 of dedication after management were higher than 4.17±0.24,9.67±0.48,9.92±0.9,3.56±0.29 before management,the differences were statistically significant(t=9.446,5.239,3.871,11.923,all P<0.05).Compared with before management,the staff's management effectiveness were higher after management,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Compared to before management,the number of adverse events after management was less.Conclusion Strengthening quality control in the laboratory can effectively improve the dedication of staff,reduce the risk of adverse events,and achieve good management effect.
