探究6S护理管理模式对提升血液净化室工作质量与效率的影响

摘　　要：目的探究6S护理管理模式对提升血液净化室工作质量与效率的影响。方法选取2022年1—12月在山东省青岛市第六人民医院血液净化室工作的10名护理人员作为传统组,接受传统管理。在2023年1—12月将同一批10名护理人员纳入探究组,实施6S护理管理模式。对比两组工作质量、管理质量、护理人员对管理的满意度。结果探究组的工作质量评分、管理质量评分均高于传统组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);探究组的管理满意度为100.00%(10/10),高于传统组的60.00%(6/10),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.000,P<0.05)。结论实施6S护理管理模式后,工作质量、管理质量以及管理满意度均有了明显的改善和提升,证明了该模式在提升血液净化室整体运营效能方面的积极作用。Objective To investigate the effect of 6S nursing management model on improving the work quality and efficiency of blood purification room.Methods 10 nursing staff working in the blood purification room of the Sixth People's Hospital of Qingdao City,Shandong Province from January to December 2022 were selected as the traditional group and received traditional management.From January to December 2023,the same nursing staff were included in the exploratory group and implemented the 6S nursing management model.The work quality,management quality,and nursing staff satisfaction with management of the two groups were compared.Results The quality of work scores and quality of management scores of the exploratory group were higher than those of the traditional group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).And the management satisfaction of the exploratory group was 100.00%(10/10),which was higher than 60.00%(6/10)of the traditional group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.000,P<0.05).Conclusion After the implementation of the 6S nursing management model,the quality of work,the quality of management,and the management satisfaction were significantly improved and enhanced,proving the positive effect of the model in enhancing the overall operational effectiveness of the blood purification unit.
