妇产科护士手卫生管理中PDCA循环管理的运用价值分析

摘　　要：目的分析妇产科护士手卫生管理中PDCA循环管理的运用价值。方法选取2022年1月—2023年12月湖南省脑科医院妇产科工作的20名护士为研究对象,在2022年1—12月开展传统护理管理进行手卫生管理为参照组,在2023年1—12月开展PDCA循环管理进行手卫生管理为观察组。对比分析两组护士综合素质评分、手细菌检测合格率、手卫生工作完成率、医源性感染发生情况。结果观察组的护士综合素质评分、手细菌检测合格率、手卫生工作完成率均高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组的医源性感染发生0例,参照组的医源性感染发生2例。结论将PDCA循环管理用在妇产科护士手卫生管理中,可以提升护士综合素质评分,提高手卫生工作完成率,降低医源性感染发生风险。Objective To analyze the application value of PDCA cycle management in hand hygiene management of nurses in obstetrics and gynecology.Methods Twenty nurses working in the obstetrics and gynecology department of Hunan Brain Hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the study subjects.Traditional nursing management for hand hygiene management from January to December 2022 was used as the reference group,and PDCA cycle management for hand hygiene management from January to December 2023 was used as the observation group.The comprehensive quality score,the pass rate of hand bacteria detection,the completion rate of hand hygiene work and the occurrence of iatrogenic infection were compared between the two groups.Results The comprehensive quality score,pass rate of hand bacteria detection and hand hygiene completion rate of nurses in observation group were higher than those in reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Iatrogenic infection occurred in 0 cases in the observation group and 2 cases in the reference group.Conclusion The application of PDCA cycle management in hand hygiene management of obstetrics and gynecology nurses can improve nurses'comprehensive quality score,improve hand hygiene work completion rate,and reduce the risk of iatrogenic infection.
